LAST DAY OF NJC SH1 ORIENTATION!
haha. everyone was super high today.
first we had mass dance which was super fun.
i like the dance! :D
after tht we had a massive water bomb showdown in the gigantic field with all the different houses.
haha! i bombed jason right smack in the front. HAHA
the water bomb fight didn't last long as the water bombs disappeared in like 10 mins?
my OG ended up having a suntanning session on the field waiting for time to pass. haha
next was the cca carnival.
i went around the school with kuan, xj and xy.
haha, i'm interested in HOCKEY and TENNIS!
i don't think i'll get into tennis though
they seem to prefer ppl with prior experience
also..i have little ball sense when it comes to tennis. haha!
i'll just try my best :D
i wrote my name down for numerous other ccas
but i don't think i'm that interested.
( it was purely due to pressure! LOL )
okay... next was the informal walk in.
WOW, the OGLs can really dance.
the OGLs from each house performed for us and i think that their dances are COOL!
i didn't really enjoy the dance party even though i was quite high as the muscle on my right leg was aching quite badly...
despite that... i had fun dancing STUP UP AND DRIVE! over and over again. haha
orientation was pretty fun and it has finally ended.

TIME TO WORK HARD DONNA! haha
today was the fourth day of orientation.
it was really really REALLY tiring...
partly bcos the whole day revolved around interclan games ( GO AETHEON! )
and bcos i slept at 1 yet again last night.
i was really tired after jap ytd and i still couldn't sleep. argh.. someone save me.
anyways... today my og had our very first HOUSE SESSION!
haha so we( aetheon consists of OG 1,2,3 n 4 ) all gathered at the amphitheatre and practiced cheers AND.... the AERIS SONG.
it's super nice!
nj seriously have many super nice songs.haha
it has been awhile since i sang with so many ppl around me...
n weirdly, it felt quite nice to sing along with everyone.
CHERYL even said that i had a NICE voice. LOL
she asked me to join choir :x
although i denied tht my voice was good, i was like jumping in my heart. HAHA
after tht, we had lunch.
during this time, my ogmates were discussing as how and when we were gonna to thank our OGLs for everything and all tht.
i was really surprised tht one out of the THREE GUYS in my og actually made cards for all 28 ppl involved in OG3.
he actually spent the whole of last night copying the genesis logo on every single card.
WOW! JING HAN ROCKS. haha
so after dismissal, my whole og stayed back in the canteen
and wrote in the cards for everyone.
when i was done, i went with xiu jing to ikea for lunch.
2 HOTDOGS! 10 MEATBALLS! AND...... 6 JUICY CHICKEN WINGS! hahahaha
i couldn't have dinner after that.
i followed xiu jing to go cut her hair nearby and did my hair too!
haha. quite cheap la... $10 ( it's nearing CNY! )
after tht... i took a bus to commonwealth and mrt-ed home.
haha im looking forward to tmr.
sch ends at 10!!!! ( mind u... its... 10PM!)
it's gonna be hectic tmr with loads of fun!
i must rmb to bring sunblock. haha
okay... today was the 2nd day of sch.
it was soooooooooooo much more fun thn the first day!
it was mostly boring in the morn when we had certain talks.
the cca talk was all right,the teacher quite comical.
next was the talk on the sch's code of conduct.
hmmmm.... it was... OKAY i guess..
although i found it draggy and boring
especially since the teacher spent 15 mins on one slide ranting on about punctuality =D
haha i'll do my best to nt be late for sch!
the aesthetics was the shortest and most interesting.
haha the teacher was quite high as he described the aesthetics programmes.
ppl were cheering at the back for him too.
o ya.. b4 the talks we had this one hr break
and my og ( OG 3 ) played double whacko so we got to bond and learn each other's names.
after tht we changed into our sec sch pe attires and went up the hall for the talks =D
whilst waiting to use the com room ( byst?) my og played this cat and dog game
where we are supposed to pass two bottles around in a circle.
after tht we tried to play murederer and dectective...
but it failed... haha. NOBODY DIED.
after selecting my PCME course... we had the mass dance session
haha i think the dance is quite fast.
its fun though. =D

haha so most of the girls ended up pairing with girls.
i met cheryl here. She's my male dance partner from TANGLIN! haha
after tht, i changed my uniform size and ate lunch with cheryl.
the unagi rice bowl wasn't nice...
the wanton noodles i had the day b4 was btr.
after tht my og group played this game called polar bear.
aiyo.. i can't play the game. haha
i was the hunter and i didn't do anything.
hehe. i didn't knw what to say!!!
after tht we went back to the hall and together with the other OGS
we practiced the nj songs and cheers. haha the cheers are super cool.
i like the stomp one da best! hee
haha nj's school song called " The National Dream " is really nice.
too bad there isn't a vid on utube for it.
after tht we had a short debrief and were dismissed.
i went home with kuan lian and jason on 154.
an qi was on the bus too. haha

First day of school.
i'm tired.....

haha, that's just super cool.
im gg to njc tmr to register and secure my place!
no idea why we need to be there so early though..
need to report there by 730am!
shucks.... after many weeks of waking up at 11 or after
and sleeping at 1 and 2 in the morn
it makes me dread to think i have to wake up earlier then my working sisters.

i was really hyped up this morn when i find out about my assigned place.
currently, im in a dilenma.
i just came into realisation at how deep the shit that i am in.
1. Japanese Class - every monday 720 - 930. BUGIS
2. Piano Lessons - every tuesday 7.00 HOME
3. Dance Lessons - every wednesday 720 - 9 PIONEER

with monday, tuesday and wednesday clogged. what cca am i going to join!?!?
sigh* i want to join a sports cca
but i just don't knw if i can get into one with such a schedule.
Sport ccas have tight training schedules.
and it's not like the places i have to be for my classes are very near the sch.
shucks... im so regretting making such wrong decisions for my lesson schedules this year.
anyways.. i'm just going to have to go to njc and see what options do i have.
sigh*
DONNA HAS A SORETHROATTTT

the past few days have been pretty eventful.
i just had my class volleyball chalet two days ago at coasta sands downtown east
omg... im in love with the chalet.
it's just like a hotel!!!
the room and atmosphere totally beats coasta sands pasir ris!
the toilets are super clean and the beds are super nice!
100 thumbs up for costa sands downtown east!!!

i met with the rest of the gang at pasir ris mrt after an hourlong ride with my psp
and we waited for wei jia to come before taking the shuttle bus to the chalet
reaching we the chalet, we realised that we didnt have an 18-year-old to check us in!
and so.... we hunted for a nice and friendly 18 and above passer-by.
zoelyn, mayee, zhi hui and i were waiting for this guy buying macdonalds when we met with this super nice uncle who was waiting for his wife outside macs
zoelyn found him nice as he smiled at her as she just happened to look at his way
and we asked him. BINGO!
he didnt even ponder much and said yeah!
haha his wife was super sporting.
the moment we told her our situation she was like : " okay, no prob"
they are so nice!
anyways, so after we thanked the nice couple we checked in
after that, we went to "order" our bikes and played volleyball at aloha.
we then camped at the chalet till dinner.
we watched spongebob squarepants( due to someone's undying love for spongebob and was having a bad stomach HAHA. it's quite interesting though. i think i might borrow the show after lynn's done with it.) and played the game " i never"( without alcoholic drinks though. the forfeit was truth or dare )
it was raining at around this time so we couldnt bbq.
dinner was at the kopitiam and we went for night cycling after playing indian poker at the chalet.
night cycling was soooo much less tiring then my first one during class chalet.
it seemed to take a shorter time too.
haha it was really fun.
zhi hui kept on singing and everybody was having a fun time.
however... as we were cycling to east coast afte kembagang? station
it started to pourrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
boy... was i freezing.
and i was wearing a white tee. crap.
anyways, the rain kept going into my eyes and everything was a blur.
i had cautiously blink my eyes so i could make out the person in front of me.
i didnt knw how to go to east coast mac's u see.
so someone always had to be infront of me.
before reaching mac's
we took shelter at a nearby closed shop with a cover
everyone was desperately trying to rinse their shirts dry and i pulled on tj's jacket.
we left for macs soon though
everybody was cold and tired as we sat outside mac's
we then stayed at mac's for two and a half hours waiting for the rain to stop and to dry our clothes.
at around 3.30 am, we embarked on our journey to the 7km long road.
hui jie was with me most of the time and we kept ourselves company.
we didnt have supper at changi and melvin just went to takeaway a few packets of nasi lemak.
after waiting for melvin to return
the whole lot of us then continued back to downtown east.
the upslopes were killers.
haha, but i managed to cycle up all of themwithout walking. WOOT
down slopes were really fun.
after everybody reached downtown east some went to sleep while some ppl continued with spongebob
i personally spent an hour watching spongebob and listening to music and ended sleeping for only an hour.
we tried bbqing for breakfast but after spending 2 hrs trying to get the fire started
we gave up and settled for nasi lemak and cup noodles.
after that, we played a few games and i had to go.
at around 1.50, lynn, wanling, zoelyn and i left.
joan fell duing night cycling so she left at around 1.15.
the bbq food didnt go to waste though,
if im nt wrong
the rest of them shd have had bbqed dinner last night.
i hope joan's leg will heal soon.
ok, this concludes my chalet experience! it was really fun =D
